Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing CareerPulsar, operated by M/S NEXORA HOLDINGS. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Current Service (Free)

CareerPulsar is currently a free service. No payment is required to use our resume analysis and job-matching features. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable at this time.

2. Future Paid Plans

We plan to introduce paid premium plans in the future. When paid plans are available, the following refund policy will apply:

3-Day Cancellation Window: All paid plans will be eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 3 days of purchase. No questions asked.

After 3 Days: Once the 3-day cancellation window has passed, purchases will be non-refundable. For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period with no refund for the remaining days.

3. Payment Processing

When paid plans are introduced, all payments will be processed securely through Razorpay. We will not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs. That information will be provided directly to Razorpay, which adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS.

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately from our end. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (bank account, credit card, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
