1. General Terms

"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to M/S NEXORA HOLDINGS.

"Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the User and ourselves.

We offer a free AI-powered resume analysis and job-matching service. You can upload your resume, receive an AI-generated career analysis, and view matched job listings with direct apply links — all without creating an account or paying.

2. Current Service (Free Tier)

CareerPulsar is currently offered as a free service with no account registration required. We may introduce paid premium plans in the future — any such changes will be communicated on the website before taking effect.

When paid plans are introduced, all payments will be processed securely through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). We will not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs.

3. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, M/S NEXORA HOLDINGS owns the intellectual property rights for all material on CareerPulsar. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from CareerPulsar for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not republish, sell, rent, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute our AI-generated analyses without our explicit written consent.

4. AI-Generated Content

Resume analyses, career insights, and job-matching results are generated by AI and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Always verify important career decisions independently.

Job listings shown are sourced from publicly available career pages and may change or expire. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific job posting.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it for the purpose of providing our analysis service.

Data Handling: Uploaded resumes are processed in memory for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What We Log: To prevent automated abuse and ensure fair usage, we extract and log the following from each analysis session:

• Email address — if present in your resume, extracted solely for session identification and abuse prevention. We will not send you marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
• IP address — logged for rate limiting and to prevent bot or automated access that degrades the service for genuine users.

By uploading your resume, you acknowledge and consent to this extraction. If your resume contains an email address, it will be associated with your analysis session.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 16 years old to use CareerPulsar. We reserve the right to block access if we determine abusive or automated usage that degrades the service for others.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerPulsar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to career decisions made based on our AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
